Our new digital clothing printer is housed at our warehouse ‘The Print Works,’ and allows us to print full-colour designs onto a film and then transfer it using heat directly to the chosen product

There are several different techniques to brand fabrics, so what is so exciting about our digital clothing?

• Unlike some methods which only work on cotton fabrics, this new method gives you the freedom to choose almost any fabric or surface for printing. We can also print to any part of the garment, giving you more freedom with your design.
• This method doesn't crack like screen printing and is soft to touch due to the water-based ink used.
• After the printing, the fabric will exhibit excellent wash resistance.
• Because durability is enhanced by the special ink and adhesive, this printing is ideal for workwear like overalls, high viz, gym and cycling wear.
• The process is sustainable as it only uses ink and adhesive where necessary generating only a single waste product in the process.
• Digital printing in general is a very clean odourless process thanks to the water-based inks.
