Levels of Service

Depending on how much involvement you require or not, LSi can tailor your scheme to how it suits you.

We currently have schemes where we hold large amounts of stock, the client emails their merchandise orders daily and we despatch. We only contact the client when there is a delivery problem or to reorder stocks, their involvement is minimal. Alternatively we also have clients who place orders daily and run their own scheme, LSi offers the means of storage and distribution.

All throughout the corporate scheme process, you are kept informed of your stock levels, any problems we may have with restocking of products and delivery issues. However we provide KPI?s with all our schemes, and as an ISO9001 company our procedures for ordering and despatching are audited regularly to ensure our continuity of and levels of service exceed your expectations.

Our back office warehouse system allows us to report on any product we have despatched, highlighting when it was sent, how it was sent and which operative was responsible for its despatch. We currently use the services of TNT, Fedex and City Link, all of whom offer online order tracking so that you can track your shipment as soon as it leaves the building.
