LSi aims to be so much more than a supplier of Promotional Merchandise.

Lloyd's focus is always about delivering the very best customer experience, when he sees a customer facing a challenge his focus is to deliver a solution that takes away that pain.

Our core business is the supply of Promotional Merchandise, but if in doing that we recognise a customer experiencing difficulties Lloyd's focus will be to create a solution to that problem.

  1. Where customers' didn't have storage for holding their stock LSi created the Corporate Scheme service offering.
  2. When customers' wanted to enagage with online selling LSi offered bespoke web shops that deliver e-commerce solutions working in tandem with the warehouse.
  3. When personalisation (adding different individual names to product) was first introduced Lloyd invested in the software and print capabilities to deliver that service which lead to the Executive Gift Box range exclusive to LSi.

Now following BREXIT we know that delivery of promotional merchandise and clothing to European regional offices and events is causing those clients affected the biggest headaches!

The Pan-European Delivery Pain Points:

  • Customs

From EORI numbers to commodity codes for every product, when merchandise includes the sheer volume of different product types we know the headache this can cause!

  • Shipping

Irrespective of courier, goods leave UK sites with European delivery address labels and the journey they take from vehicles to hubs & the paperwork checks required mean that no lead time is guaranteed and actual delivery a lottery.

  • Delays

The sheer volume of goods and complexity behind the scenes means that no international courier network is able to provide the communication and support to answer on-route questions. Goods reach hubs and sit without movement and answers are impossible, with events looming the lack of information is incredibly stressful and frustrating.

  • Paperwork

Introducing LSi_Spain

For customers regularly moving stock from the UK to the European Schengen Zone LSi now has a solution that provides each individual order Freedom of Movement when processed.

LSi has opened a distribution hub based in Madrid, Spain to provide customers with European distribution where deliveries can be sent throughout Europe as easily as a UK delivery (or how pan-european used to be!)

This offering has different options available with it, from just a distribution solution to actually buying within the European Union for large scale projects creating benefits in duty and shipping savings.
