It's official - our new showroom is complete, open for business and is said to be probably the best in the U.K. promo industry.
The bold claim was made by a group of 30 LSi preferred suppliers who visited last Tuesday and took part in the inaugural LSi Supplier Forum.
The purpose of the meeting was to showcase LSi to our supply partners now work has been completed on the adjoining Northfield House which now houses a 2000sqft showroom and 5000sqft warehouse.
The suppliers were given a tour of Braemar and Northfield before setting up a mini exhibition within the spacious showroom where staff were able to view the latest products, discuss service issues and cement relationships.
Lunch was provided alongside a pool competition before the serious business of the Supplier Forum in the afternoon.
The forum was an open discussion format which covered topics ranging from from the state of our industry, the improvements that can be made, future opportunities, but more importantly it highlighted where LSi felt time savings in the order process could be made for the benefit of our clients.
The day was a huge success. To have the main industry suppliers travel from around the country to visit was fantastic and testament of the high regard LSi is held with these people. It gave us the chance to meet on an informal basis where suppliers could meet all our teams and view the new purpose-built showroom. We believe we made some great strides towards offering a better service to our clients for the future.
