The LSi Case Study

Here at LSi, we have a 16,000 sq ft warehouse called ‘The Print Works,’ where we hold a range of stock, fulfil orders & despatch items daily. With the recent increase in orders, we needed to hire another warehouse member.

We knew that we wanted someone local who would ideally have experience working within a busy warehouse environment. So, in order to target our ideal candidate, we came up with job opening artwork and printed it onto sandwich bags. We then went to local ‘butty’ shops/burger vans, especially ones in industrial areas, and asked if the staff would mind using the bags for sandwich orders.

These were branded with all the information that a potential applicant may need such as our company, the job role and who to contact if they were interested. This then led to a large number of candidates who were ideal for the role applying for the position.
