It’s been the mantra for over 50 years but still Reduce, Reuse, Recycle is the way forward & our CYCLO range of bags enables us to bring you a collection of recycled bags that take sustainability a step further.

The CYCLO range of Promotional bags are made from textile waste from garment manufacturers in Bangladesh, one of the world's largest clothing manufacturing countries. The textile waste undergoes a mechanical recycling process that doesn’t require the use of water which is one of the most environmentally damaging aspects of cotton.

Without using water, dyes or chemicals the recycled cotton is blended with rPET, recycled polyester from recycled water bottles to create a brand new yarn.

CYCLO users tracers from AWARE tracer technology embedded within the fabric to allow the new material to be tracked through it’s entire journey from new raw material to the new product, such as a bag and know that the material processed is genuine CYCLO recycled cotton.

The tracer particles are added to the fibres before being spun into yarn and this digital fingerprint is registered on a secure blockchain, each bag is then labelled with a QR code that provides the end user with full traceability of where the material comes from.
